Our Nurse Practitioners, Barb and Yvette would like to take this time to thank all our patients, friends, and families that have supported us along the way.

As most of you know, we have been blessed to be able to move to a bigger office. As of May 1st, we will be located at 1701 7th Street between CVS and Strong Tower Fitness.

At Freedom Family Health Care, our #1 goal was to be able to allow people to choose what type of healthcare they want for their families. We offer a range of care from holistic to traditional medicine. We offer services from primary care to IV infusions, to a wide variety of testing (hormone, Genesight, food intolerance, routine labs, and much more!).
