I love adding bright fresh colors to my meals. To the mind, the more colorful= the more enticing your mind can tell your taste buds: THIS IS WORTH EATING!
So next time your creating a side or main dish, think color… think ‘outside the dish’

(This delish salad is packed full of legumes, deep greens, seasonal fruits and you can choose your favorite chopped veggies. On the side make your own vinaigrette with some fresh lemon&oil. And to top off with some fresh mint & dried (look for dried fruit without added sugar is key!) fruit. Your tastebuds won’t be disappointed).
